Are you looking for a new challenge? Where you'll be supported a valued? If so, join Spring Wood Lodge in Guiseley as Compliance Administrator/PA to the Hospital Director.

No two days will be the same as you embark on a rewarding career in a dual role. As a Compliance Administrator, you will monitor and organise systems across the Hospital, from clinical governance, safeguarding, clinical audits to complaints, enhances observations, data quality analysis, data submissions and everything in-between.

When you are not turning your hand to all compliance-related duties, you will provide on-hand support to Natalie, the Hospital Director. You will assist with administrative support, diary and communication management and will promptly minute take when present.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Produce reports, compile action plans and take minutes of meetings when required in accordance with the needs of the service.
  • Liaising with external agencies, including government and regulatory bodies
  • Analysis and organisation of information to a high standard in report/email format

To be successful in this role, you'll need

  • Experience of working in a similar environment and/or role
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Minute taking experience
