INTERN POSITION AT - DIGITAL ICON AGENCY

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will be a part of a growing Influencer Marketing agency with office in the heart of Chelsea. You will be involved in our daily operation and handle important tasks in relation to our marketing campaigns.

What are you going to do:

Responsibilities

  • Assist with organising information in our database
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Track content across all social platforms associated with our ongoing campaigns
  • Assist with creating campaign briefs to share with a talent for all paid activations
  • Create campaign reports with key insights to share with clients after campaigns have been completed
  • Create monthly reports summarising the status of all inbounding and out-bounding activations for each of our signed profiles
  • Assist with production and campaign administration (e.g. booking accommodation, travel, etc.)
  • Organise PR samples
  • Editorial work for the website
  • Assist the team with other ad hoc tasks
  • Represent DIA with a polished, strategic and professional approach

 

Skills/Characteristics 

  • Self-starter who is proactive, detailed and able to work under pressure
  • Experience working with fashion and beauty brands
  • Passionate about social media and influencer marketing with related work experience
  • Must have great attention to detail, be extremely well organised and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have excellent verbal, written communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience and knowledge of the social media marketing industry
  • Well organised with great time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Networking aptitude
  • Fun!!!
