Client Success Manager for social media marketing agency - UK based remote role

What are you going to do:

50 Pound Social is a fast growing social media management agency. Based in Leeds, we have a team of over 20 social media account managers working throughout the UK creating daily social media content for a fast growing number of diverse of businesses.

We are looking for a recent graduate to join the team full time working alongside the managing director as our client success manager.

As our client success manager, you will be responsible for:

  • client onboarding and providing continued support
  • coordinating orders with our social media account managers to ensure a smooth client journey
  • providing customer support via email and phone
  • reviewing quality of social media content
  • delivering reports and analytics to clients
  • dealing with inbound email enquiries

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who has a good knowledge of social media and believes in the value it delivers to businesses. Ideally, you should have experience in a client-facing role and have an excellent phone manner. The key skills we are looking for are:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Proactive and able to create and manage your own workload
  • Organised and good time management skills
  • Be a team player
  • Ability to work collaboratively and have a flexible approach 

For this role, you should have a permanent home office setup and be based in the UK.
