The Role
We are seeking a graduate with marketing experience, specifically in campaign management. You would be managing internal and client paid media campaigns, primarily on YouTube, but also on other platforms. The role will involve the evangelisation of Paid Media campaigns, this will be an A-Z process, starting from creating campaign strategies, sending proposals to clients, setting up, optimising and ensuring the smooth running of campaigns day-to-day, as well as reporting on its performance. You will be working with some of the biggest brands in the Kids and Family space. You will be based in our London office and work closely with the team in Los Angeles.
The successful candidate will enjoy interacting with different stakeholders (client, commercial, channel managers), be able to adapt to and manage new tasks as they arise, as well as juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization and meticulous attention to detail. They will be a team player as well as being able to handle tasks independently and take the opportunity to self-learn. This is a demanding and fast-paced role with growth potential that requires curiosity and significant initiative.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client strategy, manage & optimise social campaigns, report into clients & colleagues
- Reach performance targets for allocated accounts, ensuring the best ROI across paid social media
- Ongoing campaign optimisation adjust targeting & refresh creative.
- Regularly check account performance & budget utilisation
- Deliver regular reports & analysis to clients & internal stakeholders, showing campaign results & highlighting key trends
- Liaising with the Commercial team for any reporting deliverables, working on post-campaign-reports, sending weekly updates to clients where required.
- Keep abreast of latest innovations within the social space, informing clients & colleagues of updated "best practices".
- Experience of working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other advertising platforms.
- Basic marketing knowledge.
- Comfortable with using excel and Powerpoint.
- Basic data analysis skills.
- Basic understanding of YouTube campaign management.
- Experience in the YouTube Analytics platform is a plus though not required.
