Job description
Head of Compliance SMF16 - Part-time - Remote/London - Financial Services - 6/12 month contract
Established firm the corporate finance sector is looking for a Head of Compliance SMF16 to lead their function and business from Appointed Representative status to fully authorised with the regulator.
The role will take full responsibility for compliance oversight and assistance with the money laundering reporting (MLRO) functions including policies, processes, strategy, authorisation process, regulatory liaison, and the more hands on operational elements of the role.
The position is part-time at around 2 days per week.
To apply for this role you will need a financial services background, previous / current experience as a SMF16, and be seeking part time work.
