The role will include the following and, for the right candidate, will provide the opportunity for real individual responsibility. • Day to day maintenance of the accounts payable function to include: o Processing of supplier invoices on to Xero daily o Reconciliation of supplier statements monthly o Preparation of weekly payment runs o First point of contact for all supplier queries • Perform due diligence credit checks on all new customers • Assist the finance team with all management reporting requirements including monthly finance pack, cashflow and weekly reporting. • Helping gather and communicate accurate data to support the Directors’ decision-making processes • Assist with the management of fleet vehicles • Assist with the company
