Trainee Mattress Maker / Production Assistant

Cottonsafe Natural Mattress based on Woodbury Business Park are seeking a new member of staff, for an immediate start. Own transport is essential as factory is not easily accessible by public transport.

A hardworking and ambitious Trainee Mattress Maker is now required for this specialist chemical free mattress company. Working in a small team, you need to be manually dexterious and have attention to detail.

The job involves handcrafting various types of mattresses and a full range of production and warehouse duties including despatch. Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential. Full training will be given.

Must be physically fit as heavy lifting is required. Non smokers only, due to hypoallergenic products.

39 hours a week: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 1pm. 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. A company pension scheme is available.
