London

As a Barclays Process Services Lead, you will pivotal to shaping and executing the Business Architecture and Automation (BA&A) Process Mining (PM) strategy, defining how the technology is best integrated into the team’s offerings and how to scale and accelerate the value delivered. Responsible for conducting “Proof of Value” engagements to build confidence in the toolset and distinct service engagements to address high-value opportunities. A rare opportunity, with a new Technology in the bank.

What will you be doing?
•    You will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of the BA&A Process Mining (PM) service offering
•    You will be responsible for the successful delivery of PN service engagements in line with defined objectives and agreed timelines
•    Taking responsibility for PM service roadmap including integration with existing services, and roll out across other regions
•    Taking Ownership of PM engagement strategy including identifying and managing key stakeholder and sponsor relationships in across various areas of the organization
•    Promoting, highlight and educate the benefits of PM across the organization
•    Managing the PM team on a day to day basis
•    Ensuring the team is motivated, engaged and eager to make a difference
•    Providing final review and sign off on all output material and artefacts created by the PM team


What we’re looking for:
•    Degree or industry equivalent with relevant experience 
•    Proven experience managing a high preforming team
•    Previous experience of managing and delivering change and process improvements
•    Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills 


Skills that will help you in the role:
•    Knowledge and experience implementing process mining solutions
•    Knowledge and experience of Business Architect concepts 
•    Management consulting experience would be beneficial 
•    Experience of industry recognised process automation tool sets / capabilities

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
