Due to our continued growth, we have a number of fantastic opportunities Trainee Hair Transplant Technicians to join our team. These exciting entry level roles are perfect for candidates who are looking to train and develop in a new area, and want to join a dynamic and growing business.
Working closely with our Consultant Surgeon and doctors, a Hair Transplant Technicians responsibility will include:
- The setup, removal, and maintenance of instruments, machine, and microscopes for FUT and FUE procedures;
- Preparing clients for procedures including shaving of donor area, preparation for grafts;
- Assisting during surgery (removal of donor site) for FUT procedure;
- Assisting physicians with marking recipient site prior to placement;
- Harvesting grafts using forceps for FUE;
- Preparing and counting grafts for placement, using magnification and maintaining graft integrity throughout case;
- Maintaining a high level of patient care throughout their visit, including educating patients on the procedure, ensuring patients are comfortable and monitoring patients for pain;
- Assists with review and maintenance of hair logs, patient charts and photos;
- Assists with cleaning of treatment room;
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally, previous experience within a healthcare/dental environment, e.g., Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, Trainee Dental Nurse;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Good communication skills both written and verbal;
- Exceptional customer/patient service and support skills;
- Flexible to the working hours of the clinic;

The position is full time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend working) and you will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week. The clinic operates between 7.00am and 8.30pm.
