There are currently two opportunities within Lockton for individuals to join the business in a Junior Broker capacity within our North American Property team.
The role will provide incremental development into a broking position and will entail a range of responsibilities including client servicing support, plus more technically -focused elements, in order to fully understand the process of placing a risk.

Candidate Profile
This role is suited to candidates who have an existing platform of insurance experience, seeking their next challenge or those who have graduated recently and can demonstrate the requisite skills and attributes required in the role.
As a candidate you will need to be enthusiastic, professional and articulate and be able to demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn.
You will need competent IT literacy skills and will need to demonstrate the ability to manage your time and prioritise your workload effectively, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
