Account Executive / Junior FX Broker

 

Abacus FX are a fast growing foreign exchange specialist with an ambitious and entrepreneurial culture. We have a number of positions available to join our highly successful team in London.

 

The ideal candidate will preferably have a minimum of 1 years sales experience. The successful candidate will receive a clear pathway to a bright and exciting future in FX.

 

With the support of the team, our Account Executive's primary role will be focused around prospecting and on-boarding new corporate customers.Cold calling will be a primary and preferred method of engaging opportunities.

 

The successful candidate(s) will be proactively engaging with key decision-makers of corporate businesses and arranging appointments to present them with suitable solutions from Abacus’ suite of products and services.

 

You will become an expert in the foreign exchange market and build a book of your own clients. We offer a market leading commission structure which will provide the opportunity to earn exceptionally and progress into a Senior Sales role or alternatively a Trader/Dealer role.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • 1 years previous sales experience
  • A second language is desirable but not essential
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial mentality
  • A keen interest in financial markets
  • Ability to generate new leads and make a high volume of outbound calls
  • Be able to prepare and present Abacus' value proposition
  • Hit daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s (call stats and outbound activity)
  • Achieve monthly new business and total year revenue targets
