Customer Service officer - Temp to Perm
Are you experienced in a Call Centre environment? Are you dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience? Then we have the role for you.
As a Customer Service officer, you will deal with customer enquiries and requests, through telephone, email and personal contact whilst still maintaining efficiency and exceptional service.
You will carry out customers transactions.
You will deal with accounting, administrative, and legal matters. Hence, the knowledge of accounting and legal professions is valuable.

Full-time role - any 5 out of 6 (Monday – Saturday)
Part-time role (Two days minimum) - any 2 out of 6 days.
Working hours – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The working hour can extend to 07.00 pm on a maximum of two hours overtime on a busy day.
