Part Time Reservations Coordinator in Southampton

4 - 40 hours per week

Job description

We are looking for a Part Time Reservations Coordinators to be the voice of Princess Cruises, providing exceptional customer service at all times to enhance the reservations and cruising experience. The Role

We currently have a number of vacancies which we are looking to fill as follows:

  • 2 x part time Reservations Coordinators required for 19 hours per week
  • 1 x part time Reservation Coordinator required for 20 hours per week

You will be required to work on shifts which will be fixed on a rota across a 7 day working week

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Servicing all Travel Agents and Consumers to the highest standard.
  • Receiving and responding to in-bound calls.
  • Servicing our travels agent partners and guests queries via webchat
  • Building and maintain relationships with all trade and consumer customers.
  • Meeting targets set by the company and Team Leader. Action email requests and regarding product and reservations.
  • Handling precise requests and special projects.
  • Meeting departmental guidelines and as per the Reservations Policy Manual.
  • Consistently demonstrating excellent customer service.

About You

  • You will come from a background of high level service as well as experience of sales.
  • Your focus will be on giving the highest level of service possible to our guests and agents and you’ll be used to working in an environment where great product knowledge helps you to stand out from the crowd.
  • Naturally you’ll have high standards and will be used to working in a goal and target oriented environment.
