Venture Development Analyst Summer Cohort Roles
Core Role Themes:
- Growth Hacking, Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Product Management
Role Responsibilities
- Offer advice and expertise to clients to help them improve their business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy
- Follow the direction of the Venture Director and complete all assigned tasks with quality and in a timely manner
- Conduct research, surveys and interviews to gain further understanding of the business
- Detect issues and investigate ways to resolve them
- Develop and implement new procedures or training
- Produce deliverables that align with client expectations and requests
- Attend agreed-upon client meetings and general body meetings on weekly basis
- Check-in with your MZZ Africa Team Lead (Venture Director) on a weekly basis
- Actively check company Slack on a daily or near-daily basis
- Inform your MZZ Africa Team Lead immediately in case of any inability to work or attend a meeting
Progression:
- Conversion into Roles in Startup Consulting, Venture Development and Venture Capital Possible
