Join the team at Spring Wood Lodge, situated in the small town of Guiseley on the outskirts of Leeds, surrounded by beautiful countryside with easy access to all local amenities.
You will work alongside the multidisciplinary to provide care and support to people who may be detained under The Mental Health Act (1983), and subject to Ministry of Justice restrictions or Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
With previous experience from the NHS or private care as a Registered Nurse, you will develop and implement strategies to facilitate effective communication pathways to support service users recovery.
As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the clinical environment as you provide leadership to your peers and manage the clinical services throughout the wards and units, including coordinating the quality and management of nursing care, service user care and the clinical environment.

As a Charge Nurse, you will ensure adults with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.
