This thriving and creatively driven data visualisation organisation are looking to expand their senior leadership team at Managing Director level, offering an exciting opportunity for a data led consultant to help drive forward the success of this business.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- To provide leadership and direction to the wider organisation, ensuring commercial strategy is appropriate and can be delivered upon
- To support the internal teams to deliver exceptional data led project work, understanding what skills and expertise are needed to ensure business success
- To drive commercial growth, ensuring expansion of current, as well as new, clients through enhancing relationships and partnerships
- You will represent the company externally ensuring the brand is recognised as a leader in the data visualisation space and to be engage successfully across the wider industry, being seen as a thought leader
- You will effectively bring data to life through impactful stories and be able to support others to do the same

Key skills required for this role:
- To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a strong grounding in data analysis and, specifically, data visualisation and storytelling to a senior level - director or lead level most likely within an agency, consultancy or data led organisation
- You will be commercially minded and have experience of taking products and solutions to market, growing a client base and ensuring commercial success
- You will have experience of turning data into compelling stories and bringing this to life to others in an engaging and captivating way
- You will be adept at developing and managing successful client relationships
- You will excel at leader others and have experience of people management to a senior level
- You will bring new ideas and creativity to your approach
- You will be a confident presenter and demonstrate exceptional communication skills
