Head of Research in London

Key responsibilities of the role:
- To lead, guide and support a team of specialist researchers to deliver client needs appropriately and to meet their business goals
- To develop and maintain strong client relationships, being able to appropriately translate their briefs/needs into relevant and exceptional research projects
- To help grow and develop existing client business and support with new business growth
- To help inspire the wider industry through thought leadership pieces and showcasing award winning work
- Help to further shape and evolve the company vision and bring new ideas to support growth

Key skills required:
- This role would suit a capable client lead with a strong appreciation for insight and research and how this can inform client strategy, from a marketing perspective
- You must have demonstrable experience of managing and developing senior level client relationships to director level within a market research agency, media agency, creative agency or in-house within a large brand
- You will be commercially minded and have experience of growing client business and new business pitching
- You will be experienced in leading a team and inspiring junior reports, supporting them effectively in their career
- You will have an appreciate for the media and marketing industry
- You will be excited by the opportunity to grow and shape an offering
- You will be a fantastic communicator
