What are we looking for?

We are looking for a polite, professional Customer Service Advisors to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering the questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.

The role located at an inbound call centre, based in Norwich.

Shifts:

8am – 3pm

3pm – 10pm

*flexible working days available*

Duties:

-       Understanding the core values and beliefs of the company

-       Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

-       Answering calls from customers to address their, complaints or other issues with products and services

-       Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued

-       Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations as needed

-       Striving to meet and exceed the contact centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service

-       Utilizing software, scripts and tools appropriately

-       Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position

-       Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

-       Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal, written and communication skills

-       Professional telephone manner

-       Understanding of company products, services and policies

-       Proficiency with computers, software and strong typing skills

-       Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations

-       Strong time management and decision-making skills

-       Adaptability and accountability
