Job description

BarbersNo1 was founded in 2015 and operates across the North West of England from 12

commercial barber stores and 2 training Academies. Stores are situated on major high streets

with high footfall and furnished with bespoke fittings/décor to provide an impressive barbering

experience. BarberNo1 employs highly skilled barbering professionals who provide hairstyles and trends

for all client needs. The BarbersNo1 experience is like no other, enhanced with complimentary drinks, live DJ

performances and celebrity endorsements.

In addition to the barbering services, we offer a bespoke range of BarbersNo1 hair products

and merchandise. Social media channels are key to the BarbersNo1 marketing strategy generating interest and

enquiries for the stores and training academy. The short term aim for BarbersNo1 is to operate

20 stores, plus a new business HQ that will house the administration, marketing, photography

and sales teams, as well as a dedicated floor for the growing Academy arm of the business

with a range of training suits and classrooms.

As a trainee barber you will

  • Ensure day to day shop operations run smoothly
  • Welcome and greet all clients into store
  • Build positive relationships within your team
  • Monitor stock of products and update if needed
  • Sanitise all work stations and sweep floors regularly
  • Shadow the other barbers
