Selective Recruitment group are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and customer focused individual to join an innovative and forward thinking business in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. This role would be suitable for someone used to working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Salary: £19,000 per annum pro rata

Duration: 4 months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (working hours will be between 8am and 6pm)

Working days: Monday - Friday (you will be required to work some Saturdays, this will be on a rota basis)

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

• Handling all incoming customer queries through telephone and email
• Acting as an ambassador to customers with first class call handling skills
• Providing accurate company information on product and services
• Processing orders and updating details on the system
• Regularly updating and maintaining internal CRM databases

To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will need to:

• Be experienced in working within a customer focused environment - this is essential
• Be excellent at liaising with customers and have a professional telephone manner
• Able to handle complaints and difficult situations within in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working as a team to deliver results, learn and share knowledge
• IT Literate - MS Office programmes
