Introduction to Aventus Network Services
Aventus Network is a layer-2 scaling solution that brings the scale of a permissioned blockchain with the security and interoperability of public blockchains — with none of the drawbacks of either world.
Role
- Working within a scrum development team to analyse, design and implement new digital product
- Working within the Product Team, in alliance with the Growth Team, to create and deliver against the Product Roadmap
- Coordinate market research and analysis with the Growth Team to position the product to facilitate growth focussed on transaction originators and transaction processors
- Work with the Product Manager to define the scope of work to be done by developers and designers on a weekly basis
- Understand the user and represent them during system design discussions
Specific Responsibilities
- Writing and formalising user stories; including acceptance criteria
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage resulting artifacts
- Coordinate with QA and Development on feature and release testing
- Creating product-level documentation including user guides, specifications, and personas
- Stakeholder management
- Feature design, planning and estimation
- Continuously evaluate new features and enhancements during development to ensure product-market fit
- Maintain DEEP development backlog in Jira, with projects and scrum boards
- Support the Product Team more generally to meet company goals

Core Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Product
- Prior experience in Technology start up or have worked in highly fluid small team environment
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience building digital product for blockchain
- Prior development experience
- PO Scrum certification
