We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our business in Warrington. Covering the North West region, the position is being offered with a competitive base salary, an electric car scheme allowance of £5,400 per annum, Bupa and pension.

As Service Delivery Manager with SMT you’ll be part of a regional team responsible for delivering the regions objectives and managing all aspects of service delivery within your region. Reporting to the Regional Delivery Manager this role offers a great opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage the team, manage the site, manage output and drive and deliver customer success.

Leading and motivating a team of coordinators and engineers to achieve operational objectives you’ll also work closely with clients to ensure customer success. Broadly responsibilities will include:

• Full departmental and facility responsibility for HS&E management
• Ensuring delivery of consistent level of service, striving for "best in class"
• The hiring, training, coaching and developing of teams
• Ensuring compliance with all processes and dealer operating standards in accordance with the SMT GB Integrated Management System
• Maintaining and developing customer relationships, understanding requirements through close liaison with customers
• Ensuring appropriate and timely problem resolution, both internally and externally
