Remote Graduate Customer Support Technician - Shift Work

Job description

As a Customer Support Technician at Wi5, you will be reporting to our Head of Delivery, while working alongside our Customer Success Managers, ensuring the successful onboarding and ongoing support of our clients.


Acting as the ambassador of Wi5, you’ll enjoy working closely with our clients, providing customer-facing support, proactively solving problems to drive customer usage of Wi5 and achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to our clients. This includes being the 1st line of support for any client issues/questions and will include some weekend hours.
  • Help onboard new clients in using our menus tools.
  • Become an expert in the Wi5 product and the hospitality industry.
  • Advocate for our customer needs internally, driving resolution updates on key issues with clients, and providing feedback on new feature requests to product teams.
