The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. This role is high volume, fast paced and it is all about speed to lead. We are looking for someone who is super motivated by targets, has great communication skills, ability to build rapport with a customer quickly and a someone who is a team play with a great attitude.


Day to day responsibilities, will include:

  • Making outbound calls (circa 200 calls) and contacting warms leads from web based commercial funding enquiries
  • Assisting in finding solutions from our panel of 150+ lenders
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales


About you:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • High level of productivity and tenacity with a can-do attitude
