Are you immediately available, local to Trowbridge and looking for a fantastic new Customer Service Role?
Juice is looking for confident, motivated and customer-orientated individuals to join a fantastic organisation in Trowbridge. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be happy to work in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers.
- Resolving customer queries via the phone.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Updating the internal database accordingly.
About You:
- Ideally previous experience in a customer service role, within an office based environment.
- Be a confident individual with an excellent telephone manner.
- Proficient in MS Office packages.
- Have a can-do attitude and eager to join a fantastic company.
