The Role:?
- To work in the Delivery team across the Technology Contract space
- Working with FTSE, Fortune 500, Global brands & Start ups
- Pure resourcing/delivery role- sourcing candidates for Contract roles
- Placing roles from mid to senior level
- Headhunting, Interviewing and delivering against client briefs
- Building a strong network of candidates in your market using various methods
- Building a candidate brand via advertising and marketing
- Working to minimum standards to deliver against client expectations
- Great earning potential and career path!
The Person:
- Must have experience in recruitment either in a 360 or delivery / resourcing role
- Experience in the Technology, or relatable market
- Must have a track record of achievement in recruitment/resourcing
- Strong candidate relationship building and communication skills
- Experience using Linked in and proactively headhunting
- Professional, confident, self-motivated ??
