Main responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet home users in our offices
  • Support of multiple different businesses/sites
  • Office 365 portal administration
  • Problem solving
  • Build and configure PC’s and Laptops
  • Laying and terminating structured cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Fibre etc.)
  • Server administration (Progressive)
  • Printer installations
  • To meet all learning commitments
  • Carry out all ad hoc requests tasked by senior staff

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
