Customer Service Advisor in London

4 - 40 hours per week

Job description

Job title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £19,000 per annum
Location: Stockton On Tees
Hours: Office Hours, Mon - Fri

Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce we are working with a large client of ours for the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities:


Arrange Field Engineers workload whilst maintaining SLA for the customers

Reduce costs of resolution/failure by planning cost effectively

Responsible for monitoring and driving productivity

Be organised at logistic planning

Respond to customer calls and update them on engineer visits

Maintain positive relationships with Engineers and Customers

Ensure all admin and customer accounts are up to date



Requirements:


Experience in route planning

Strong knowledge / experience with MS packages

Computer literate

Strong customer service skills
