Salary: £19,000 per annum

Hours: Office Hours, Mon - Fri

Responsibilities:
Arrange Field Engineers workload whilst maintaining SLA for the customers
Reduce costs of resolution/failure by planning cost effectively
Responsible for monitoring and driving productivity
Be organised at logistic planning
Respond to customer calls and update them on engineer visits
Maintain positive relationships with Engineers and Customers
Ensure all admin and customer accounts are up to date
Requirements:
Experience in route planning
Strong knowledge / experience with MS packages
Computer literate
Strong customer service skills
