Start Date: Immediate Pay: Kent Range 3 Teaching Assistant (to support children with High Needs Funding) at John Wesley CEM Primary School We are looking to appoint a committed full-time teaching assistant to start as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a strong, supportive team within our popular, successful school. We are a Good school, with a positive and supportive ethos. Initially, this will be a fixed term contract for a year. We would like to recruit a dynamic teaching assistant to join our happy, friendly and dedicated team in The John Wesley CEM Primary School. We are looking for a 1:1 Assistant, experienced in SEN learning and nurture support to work with a pupil with social, emotional and learning needs. We need them to be highly motivated and committed to promoting inclusive learning opportunities whilst also considering individual pupils’ special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and the development of pupil’s emotional wellbeing. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet; working both independently and as part of the team, to promote and demonstrate resilience and flexibility as a positive role model for our children. It is essential that the applicant has good English/Maths skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to become fully involved in supporting learning and whole class teaching.
