The purpose of this role is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all promotional material into H&B stores (UK & Ireland) working closely with sales trading teams providing innovative marketing solutions to drive and maximise sales.

Main Responsibilities:

• Compilation of all promotional documentation including print briefs and related communications ensuring they are completed accurately and to the agreed deadlines.
• Proof reading of all promotional POS and communications.
• Liaison with external designated print company and our own distribution operation to ensure delivery deadlines are achieved.
• Co-ordinate and deliver all price ticketing for H&B (UK, IRE) including existing lines and new lines via external printers or Lexmark.
• Build and manage a successful working relationship with sales trading teams to deliver on in-store displays, POS requirements and other ATL branding requirements to help drive sales.
• Management and maintenance of relevant databases and spreadsheets, including Franchisee access to all POS assets.
• Ad hoc POS projects or other activity as requested.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in similar Marketing role
• PC literate with excellent knowledge of Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
