Ensuring the highest standards of CQSMA are achieved, you will provide excellent customer service by keeping up-to-date with current promotions and new products. You will need to ensure that the bar, front of house, toilets and other areas of the pub are cleaned and maintained in accordance with Company guidelines throughout the day.
With excellent customer service skills, you should be professional and well presented - able to communicate clearly with people at all levels. You should be a self-motivated team player able to work unsupervised in a busy environment. Conversational English is essential and you`ll have to be confident, friendly and reliable to succeed with us.
We offer competitive hourly rates for all of our team members! Alongside this, all our team has the opportunity to earn up to 19% in bonus paid monthly plus additional benefits such as:
- A 50% discount on food and soft drinks, when working; a 20% discount on all food, drinks and hotel accommodation (for you and up to three guests), when not working
- A free meal and a drink if you work a four-hour shift
