Are you looking for an exciting apprentice opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for an Improvement Assistant Apprentice to work in our Improvement Team.

The role holder will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider Improvement team on projects/programmes of work and the Improvement training programmes providing a unique viewpoint into the huge portfolio of improvement and change currently in planning and progress across the Trust. You will work alongside our experienced Improvement professionals who will take a keen interest in your personal and professional development as you undertake activities across the three trusts and assist with providing support. You will be placed on our Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, upon successful completion the role holder could be offered the opportunity to continue onto another one of our apprenticeships.

To be successful in this role candidates must be enthusiastic self-starters who have a commitment to on-going professional development. We would expect the role holder to have an interest in improvement, project and change management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as a key part of this role is interacting with staff at various levels across the trust.
