Working Student Inside Sales Representative

iC-Consult is the market leader for Identity and Access Management solutions and we currently have an opening for a UK based Inside Sales Representative.

15 - 20 hours per week

What are you going to do:

Working at our successful organisation, you will receive training, development and support to enable you to succeed. 

As an  Inside Sales Representative you will be involved in a number of initiatives to assist with the growth of the UK business, including campaigns, telemarketing activities and customer management.  As you develop in this role demonstrating drive, passion and determination to succeed, you will have the opportunity to join the organisation as a permanent member of the sales team. 

Your Tasks

  • As an integral part of the sales and marketing team, you will develop your skills as a telemarketing professional
  • Through your proactive work on the phone and online platforms, you will play a key role in helping us establish and expand new contacts with decision makers in target companies  
  • You will select and qualify potential customer contacts according to predefined criteria 
  • You will support us operationally in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of sales initiatives  
  • You are enthusiastic, driven and will be able to demonstrate a professional approach to generate new opportunities and build customer relationships

What we ask:

  • You should be registered as a university student
  • You are currently studying at degree level and have at least 15-20 hours per week available.
  • You are confident, approach tasks positively and enjoy working in a sales-driven environment.
  • You enjoy contact with customers, mainly by telephone and have a sales and customer-oriented attitude to work.
  • You can demonstrate your experience.
  • You are confident using MS-Office programs including word and excel.
