Job Title:                  Delivery Manager / Business Analyst

 

Reporting to:           Director of HR, Finance and Operations

 

Job Purpose:           To carry out a range of Delivery Management and Business Analysis activities for our clients and Olive Jar. 

 

Olive Jar Digital is a Digital Managed Service Agency, focused on digital markets in the private, public, and charitable sectors. After a number of successful years building up our client base, we are now looking for a Delivery Manager/Business Analyst, to own the delivery of large-scale projects ensuring delivery milestones are met for our clients.

What you'll be working on;

As Olive Jar Digital’s delivery manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the team. In this role, you will:



  • Build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well
  • Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them
  • Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services
  • Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team
  • Coach and mentor both team members and others to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques
  • Investigate and offer your analysis of the data, including recommendations for actions, strategic plans and how user and financial benefits can be realised to ensure products fully meet user needs and align with the business vision.
  • Applying and adhering to Government Digital Service (GDS) service manual and principles.
  • Gather and analyse data from the services, using the data to present findings, rationalising complex information in a way for everyone to understand
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring data is carefully managed and crucial data is not lost.
