As Graduate Recruitment Partner you will work with stakeholders across the organisation, identifying vacancies where Graduates could be appropriate for the roles, and then advising and guiding Hiring Managers through the recruitment process, assessment days etc. Once on board you will ensure smooth on-boarding, and that the Graduates are accessing Support Centres and Learning opportunities to broaden their business capability. You will assess and help improve programmes, monitoring progress and success of the Graduates as they move out of the Programme.
As an experienced Recruiter, you will have excellent knowledge of the end to end Recruitment process, you will have fantastic stakeholder and candidate relationship skills. This is a role where you can really make a difference to individuals at the start of their careers!
