Senior Corporate Paralegal – Debt Capital Markets - International Law Firm


The Client

Our client, a highly prestigious International Law Firm, is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their London office on a permanent basis.


The Role

The successful candidates work will include (but not be limited to):

  •  Working across the Debt Capital Markets team and providing support
  • Dealing with complex matter management, supporting multiple streams, including coordinating on listing processes and managing CPs/closings etc.
  • Preparing for transaction milestones
  • Providing general administrative support and preparing document bundles


The Requirements

The ideal candidate will have some (if not all) of the following characteristics and skills:

  • Strong academics LLB/GDL – LPC preferred but not essential (at least 2.1 / Commendation or above)
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Client facing experience in professional services, markets infrastructure, corporates, fund or similar
