Part Time Jewellery Admin Internship in London

What are you going to do:

We are looking for an admin savvy creative Intern to join our small team based in South West London!

You will have a good grounding in administration, a strong understanding of online platforms and excellent written and spoken English. A can-do attitude and being full of positive energy is essential! This role requires creativity, superb organisation and time management skills, and a willingness to get stuck into all aspects of running a small business! A passion for jewellery is a plus but not essential.

Your roles will include:

• -Managing our online orders from various platforms
• -Customer service
• -Dealing with and processing customer returns
• -Managing and preparing wholesale orders
• -General office admin and duties
• -Maintaining and improving listing information and SEO across ETSY, NOTHS and Shopify platforms

What we offer
