Our cleint is the newly created central body that aims to establish competitive gaming as a professional sport within Wales. As a member of the International Esports Federation, and a founding member of the Esports Cup of Nations, our primary aim is to develop the Welsh National Esports Team. We will achieve this through a combination of grassroots player development, expanding the talent pool in Wales, offering progressive opportunities into careers in esports, and to support Welsh Esports Teams to improve and progress through competitive play.

We're currently seeking a Creative Intern that will help with the day to day running of the organisation and keep us moving forward towards our goals. You will work alongside our CEO, Chief Creative Officer, utilising their expertise to carry out our daily activities.
The key project during this placement will be the creation of graphics and videos for teams, socials media and the website.
Other daily activities will include: updating spreadsheets, trello and other documents to monitor project progress. Also communication with our team of volunteers and, scheduling and posting content on social media platforms and our website.
Many of our specialists offer their expertise on a voluntary basis alongside other commitments. As such you will be expected to use your own initiative, organisation and communication skills to balance the workload across the team.
The ideal candidate is someone who is knowledgeable, passionate and driven about competitive video games. You’ll need graphics, web development or video editing skills and ideally have experience either playing or in Esports. The community largely exists online, so great IT skills are essential along with experience using Discord, Office Packages, Adobe Photoshop, Social Media Platforms and project management tools such as Trello.
