The Challenge

Adobe is seeking a hardworking and passionate individual to join the growing International Go To Market (IGTM) Operations team, a crucial investment to scaling our International Sales Operations. In the IGTM Operations team, we act as the central hub supporting all International regions and markets with analytics, strategy, and process as well as driving pan-International strategic priorities. The role joins in support of Product Sales Operations, assisting with business review, process design and constructing analytical models to represent our product performance and initiatives across our existing regional sales operations model. This means the role will be expected to become a specialist in explaining product sales performance from analysis and discussion. In addition, take initiative on a range projects and workstreams depending on business priorities, regularly leading by example to later hand off to our main reporting or systems teams later.

The ideal candidate will be just as comfortable working directly with data, reporting and logical models as they are with communicating, presenting and project managing proposed improvements. There will be an expectation for the candidate to be self-starting and focused on impact. The successful candidate can expect a constantly evolving set of priorities and thrive from ambiguous challenges which they are empowered to diagnose and resolve.

Responsibilities in the Role

Project Management & Process Improvement
Identification of operational improvements based on review of current processes through documentation of process and setting a clear cadence for business partnersRegular communication with project partners located in different regions to execute on International projects and feedback future needs of regional sales teamsLeading various projects and priorities simultaneously and effectively prioritising time between eachOwnership of a
Insight & Advisory
Data Analytics and Insight into Business and Operations through a variety of tools including PowerBI, and high proficiency in Excel.Immersion in existing dashboards and resources to interpret performance trends, building a story around business challenges and opportunities identified through data for leadership updatesDesign & build new resources to aid in improving product performance as a champion of product analytics to lead othersGive feedback and ideas to influence new product incentives or processes in partnership with Global counterparts
Planning & Go To Market Design
Collaborate with the wider International Sales Operations team on developing product specialist resourcing, product targets andPartnering with Global Operations teams to adapt or build Operational models, Compensation frameworks that drive product performances across InternationalHandle enablement and change management with the wider Sales Operations team on any new operational launches resulting from the individual’s projects
Requirements to succeed
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred with a minimum of 5 years related work experience in Operations, Sales, Sales Support, Finance or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industryExceptional analytical skills with the ability to document and present clear and concise information to senior management and cross-functional teamsDemonstrable problem-solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data setsCritical thinking as well as attention to detailHighly responsive with strong planning and multitasking skills, ability to lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritise and own results end to end.Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed/virtual team environment when needed
