Upon successful completion of a training plan, you will promoted to become a consultant, with access to industry leaders and a supply of well qualified jobs to fill, increasing your earning potential. As a consultant, your opportunities for progression will not stop there, all of our management team started life as a trainee consultant in the business and have been supported through bespoke training plans including university qualifications and the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Our comprehensive training plan means that you do not need to possess previous recruitment experience. What we do require from all of our applicants is a tenacious, inquisitive approach, the ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbally) and influence others and the desire to work hard in a fast paced industry where progress is based on results.
