Internal Communications Manager in London

Job description

Internal Communications Manager

To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.
London - Fully remote for now then split 3/2 in office.
£55,000 (Some flex DOE)

I am looking for an Internal Communications Manager to take on a role at one of the UK's leading mission-focused green energy companies. This role is for someone who is autonomous, engaged and able to leave their ego at the door. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between the senior team all the way through the chain of command, so internal comms experience at companies with a widespread (not necessarily office-based) workforce is essential.

Reporting to the Senior People Engagement Business Partner, you will need to have a people-centric, "get it done" attitude. You will be able to think of creative ways to problem solve and get employees engaged with the brand mission.

The successful candidate will need strong experience in internal comms/people engagement and will need to be super comfortable working at a fast pace and with a high volume of tasks. The most important consideration for this role is around culture, you will need to be super comfortable with autonomy and freedom and you will need to have a firm understanding of developing long term strategy and adjusting plans according to what is needed on the day/week/month. Ideally, you are looking to engage with brands who make a real-world difference and are looking to inspire their employees to do the same.

There is a salary of up to £55,000 on offer with some flexibility for the ideal candidate and a discretionary bonus. If this ticks the boxes for you, get in touch with Phoebe Sharman and apply.

Regretfully, due to a high volume of applicants, we are only able to reply to those who are successful.
