What To Expect From The Programme
From the day you join the new graduate program, you’ll be working as part of a global team that is helping our customers achieve their goals. As a Graduate, you will provide products and services to our clients within the EU, and work alongside some of the industry’s best people with the ability to build a useful network that will assist you as you progress in developing your skillset and throughout your career within TD. As part of the team, you will be supporting people involved with marketing as well as selling fixed-income rates products (cash bonds and OTC derivatives) to a variety of client types. If you have the ambition and entrepreneurial drive to succeed in the fast-paced financial services industry, TD is a rewarding and supportive Bank to begin your career.
We are looking for highly intelligent graduates that can thrive under pressure and adapt to changing situations. Even though good levels of numeracy are required, you won’t necessarily need a financial or mathematical background, as you will receive on the desk training so you learn the technical knowledge to help you succeed at TD.
