Description
-Frequently engage with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements for the Director and Senior Director hires that you will be responsible for
-Source, attract and present the best talent to senior managers across the business
-Harness all aspects of sourcing including but not limited to LinkedIn, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals and networking events
-Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to target top talent.
-Proactively provide data and market insights to stakeholders and business leaders making strong recommendations to inform key recruiting decisions
-Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system on all recruitment related activity
Profile
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience. The client is looking to hire an agency recruiter who is looking to move over to internal recruitment. You MUST have experience in recruiting at Director level and must have the communication skills required to peak to senior members of the business and candidates.
You must have strong sourcing abilities, be able to work to high volumes, and have the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
