Our client is an independent and international private equity fund. It invests in companies in the technology, financial services, healthcare and consumer sectors. It's looking for an intelligent and ambitious Investor Relations Analyst to support the IR team with the ongoing management of client accounts and any future fundraising activity. You will gain excellent exposure to all their strategies and the full end-to-end fundraising process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assisting with marketing materials, data room, due diligence questionnaires and other documentation
  • Coordinating investor queries, CRM systems, meetings and research
  • Manage investor mailings throughout the year for various workstreams; create and maintain relevant mailing lists accordingly
  • Update the Investor Portal with investor press releases, new deal activity and deal introductory calls. Upload advisory board materials and supporting documents
  • Supporting the global IR team with any ad-hoc projects and requests
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Degree educated with experience within investor relations, client services or sales support roles. Junior investment bankers and lead advisory professionals looking to step into IR will also be considered for this role
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent project management, analytical and written skills
  • Strong attention to detail
