Trainee Account Executive / Commercial Account Executive
Location: M4 Corridor (South Wales, Swansea to Cardiff)
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Bonus and benefits
The Company:
We are working with an independent insurance brokerage who are looking to hire a Trainee Account Executive or a Commercial Account Executive to join their team.
The business offer a flexible yet professional approach towards employment and will work with the successful candidate to develop their skill set and career.
The Role:
You will assume control of a SME Commercial book of business, being introduced to these clients and with the view of establishing excellent relationships with this book. There will be a focus on development and working with the senior account executive as well as with the lead opportunities to prospect and grow the account.
There is development and flexibility within the role which can be focused on the candidates skill set and career path preferences.
The Required Skills:
Good knowledge of general insurance, ideally within commercial lines
Sales experience is preferable however account handling or service lead experience will be considered for the right candidate
A positive work ethic and interest in developing technically and professionally
Good IT skills with the interest in placing risks across various insurers portals
