Healthcare Science Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 6

We have one degree apprenticeship position (Trainee Practitioner) in Radiotherapy Physics .

Candidates will be expected to have A-levels or equivalent qualifications to meet the entry requirements of our University partner delivering this apprenticeship.

3 A levels (UCAS tariff - 120 points) or equivalent qualifications.

Healthcare Science Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 6

The programme aims to develop competent Practitioners who can practice independently within radiotherapy departments. The post holder will, over the course of 3 years, complete an undergraduate degree level course in BSc Healthcare Science – Medical Physics-Radiotherapy pathway.

The post holder will undertake work based training in conjunction with the Practitioner Training Programme supported by the Academy of Healthcare Science.

The post holder will also be expected to attend academic training sessions provided by the educational institute.

This post is not suitable for those already holding a degree in Radiotherapy.
