As the Head of Business Change, you’ll be at the heart of the group, supporting the organisation to embrace change whilst also supporting the Portfolio and Project teams with change related best practice.
This is a function in its infancy and as such the successful Head of Change will have a wide scope of autonomy to shape, lead and grow the function as we create a full Change Framework and Toolkit to deliver across the Pets at Home Group.
You will lead the following areas of the Portfolio within the Change function:
You’ll have strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction and co-ordination to their team engaged on a wide range of change and developmental activities.
This also includes the ability to understand and respond to the complex demands and requirements of a large organisation whilst establishing coherent links between departments to achieve the strategies, plans and priorities of the business.
