What are you going to do:
You will be partnered with a Senior Consultant at the firm to help identify and source some of the worlds most talented software developers, data scientists, quantitative researchers and traders. You will have the opportunity to:
- develop your researching skills
- learn about the world of quantitative and tech driven trading markets
- develop your creative and analytical skills in a data-driven environment
- interact with a vast range of incredibly bright engineers, developers, and traders as you discover what imperative to their career goals and be part of the process that helps them realise these goals
- learn about the full-cycle of an executive search process
- develop your professional acumen in a fast-paced environment
- take responsibility and drive ad-hoc projects
- build your confidence in a professional setting
- have-hands on training from established senior consultants and senior business stake-holders
