Part-time / Full-time Chef/Cook in London

Chef/cook required for exciting vegan startup, Jam Delish! Pay is great, plus free time to enjoy events and festivals. So if you are keen to get out in the sunshine and have some fun this summer whilst drinking rum punch, then this is the job for you!

25 - 35 hours per week
Between £9.00 and £11.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

  • Chef/cook required with basic food preparation and cooking experience
  • Looking to learn and develop responsibility and grow with the company
  • Experience in cooking Caribbean cuisine is an advantage but not essential
  • Receiving and checking deliveries, putting stock away and ensuring stock rotation
  • Ensuring there is always enough prepped/cooked food for service
  • Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Overseeing kitchen staff to ensure the food and service are of the highest quality
  • Resolve issues as they arise so that customers continue to receive their orders in a timely manner
  • Inspect raw and cooked food items to guarantee that the highest quality products are prepared and served to customers
  • Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen including clean-up
  • Fast hiring process
