Administrator Part Time - 26.25 hours in Portsmouth

4 - 40 hours per week

Job description

This role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services.

Fleet Admin Support is responsible for providing an incredible customer experience, whilst delivering against KINTO’s key performance indicators.

Effective communication with internal teams is essential in exceeding our client expectations and customer satisfaction measured through our net promoter scores.

The team are responsible for administrative tasks related to having a company car.

  • Take internal calls relating to admin queries
  • Make calls to customers and internally in response to queries
  • Processing of Fines
  • Process Send backs and Private parking
  • Maintain and assisted with various mail inbox queries
  • Request V5 documents from various sources
  • Purchase road fund licences for all vehicles
  • Upload new contracts onto our internal systems
  • Cherish plate management
  • Upload Motor Insurance details to the insurance database
  • Send out MOT and service reminders
  • Process recalls from manufacturers
  • Process congestion charges
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scanning various documentation
  • Reception cover as and when required
  • Upload all new vehicles onto our internal systems
  • Extract and send MOT’s receipts ready for auction

The role is working full time from our lovely office at Lakeside, North Harbour in Portsmouth. The building provides many facilities including a Co-op, Subway and Starbucks on site. The hours per week are 26.25 hours working from Monday - Friday.

8 00 - 13.15. (Mon to Fri) OR

9 00 - 14 15 (Mon to Fri) OR

9 15 to 14 30 (Mon to Fri)
